Yo Yo Honey Singh and rapper Badshah are now well-known figures, whether due to their songs or their ongoing feud.
This rivalry, which began in 2009, is still unresolved, and it’s unclear how long it will continue. Badshah has consistently provoked Honey Singh, but Honey Singh has never responded.
In Indian Idol 2024, rapper Badshah is sitting on the judging panel alongside singers Shreya Ghoshal and Vishal Dadlani. The music company T-Series posted a reel on their official Instagram handle featuring Badshah reading some of the lines he had written.

In that reel, Yo Yo Honey Singh shared it on his Instagram story, writing, “Aise Lyrics Likhwane Hai Bass Taqdeer Ban Jayegi Meri.”
A few days ago, during a concert, when some people shouted Honey Singh’s name while Badshah was performing, he paused his performance and said, “Kuch Lyrics Likh Ke Deta Hua Papa Ka Comeback Ho Jayega Tumhare.”
Will Yo Yo Honey Singh and Badshah ever collaborate?
In an interview with The Lallantop, when Honey Singh was asked if he would ever collaborate with Badshah, he clearly stated that he could consider working with Raftaar or Lil Golu, but not with Badshah—never!
However, on August 26, 2024, Honey Singh released his new album “Glory,” which featured collaborations with several artists from India and abroad. By October 13, “Glory” had garnered over eighty million streams on Spotify.
How did the feud between Honey Singh and Badshah start?
This entire conflict began with the song “Get Up Jawaani” from Honey Singh’s album International Villager. Badshah claims he wasn’t credited for this song, which led to his separation from Honey Singh and Mafia Mundeer.
Regardless of the reasons, their fans hope that both Badshah and Honey Singh will put aside their musical rivalry and collaborate together.
